The installation method of the column head lamp is relatively simple. Generally, after the position is determined, the lamp holder of the column head lamp is first fixed, and then the column head lamp is fixed at the predetermined position by the method of embedded parts or perforation.

1. Take out the inner flange plate at the bottom of the column head lamp from the lamp body, and then fix the expansion screws at the installation position through the gap in the middle of the flange;

2. Fix the inner flange at the installation position, and then connect the lamp holder wire in the column head lamp with the main cable and wrap it firmly with a waterproof insulation method to ensure that it does not fall off or leak electricity;

3. Install the column head light source in the lamp holder and tighten the light source. If it can be energized to test, it can be energized and tested before proceeding to the next step;

4. After installing the light source and wiring, cover the lamp body of the column head lamp on the inner flange and fix the surrounding screws firmly.

5. The installation of the column head lamps is completed, and the overall power-on test ensures that each column head lamp lights up normally;
