The differences between the class I (class 1) luminair, class Ⅱ (class 2)  luminair， class Ⅲ (class 3)  luminair are as follows:

The scope of the three types of lamps is different.

The three types of lamps have different protection measures against electric shock.

(1) Light protection measures against electric shock are comprehensive, mainly manifested in three measures: one is basic insulation; the other is additional safety measures; the third is conductive contact grounding.

(2) There are only two protection measures against electric shock for Class II lamps: one is basic insulation; the other is additional safety measures.

(3) The protection measures against electric shock for the three types of lamps are: the use of a safe and extra-low voltage that is not far from the power supply voltage.
