What type of bulb is best for recessed lighting?

GU10/MR16/G5.3 and LED module can use for recessed lighting.

For small power less than 7w, can choose GU10/MR16/G5.3 as bulb.

now the technical for GU10/MR16/G5.3 is matural, but many bulbs use PC housing, cheaper led and driver inside. Suggest to choose aluminium housing and good configuration for LED and driver, especially for the commercial place, which need working more than 10 hours/day.

Off course if you want the best type, led module is a very good choice.

As module can be 16W or more, and the driver is outside, can have much better heat dissipation. good for prolong the lifespan.
