how to replace outdoor light?

Outdoor LED spotlights are generally made of pure aluminum shell, because long-term lighting requires sufficient aluminum parts for heat dissipation, so the cost is higher than ordinary lights, if it breaks, it is a pity to throw it away. As long as you change the accessories yourself, you can fix it yourself. Let us do it step by step!

Reminder, cut off the electricity during repairing the outdoor light.

1. Unscrew the screw for openning the floodlight.

2. Unscrew the screws on led, and remove the wire on led. (how to adjust the led workable or not, if there are flicker for led, most properly is the problem for driver, if the led no lighting, that’s the problem of led)

3. Take out of the new led. ( tips: the led size for 10w floodlight is one size, 20-100w led size for floodlight is same size, so mind about your wattage and choose the led)

Made spot solder on the polarity of the LED as following pictures.

4. Put the new led and weld the wire. The red wire weld with the positive (+), the black wire weld with the negative (-).

5. Test the led to see if it lights or not. And then fix the floodlight as before.

7. Finally, test again for the led, see, that’s not a hard work. let us do it.
